We use genuine Smith & Wesson 17 Round magazines for the Smith & Wesson M&P semi-auto self defense pistol chambered in 9mm. We block them with a ABS block that replaces the original spring base.
These blocked factory mags are GREAT to carry as spare mags to give you some extra ammo for defensive situations, and they are GREAT at the range!

Factory replacement magazines are manufactured to the exact same specifications and tolerances and use the same manufacturing materials as the original parts which guarantees excellent fit and reliable operation.  For states that require mags to be sealed we use the same ABS block then epoxy and rivet it to the base of the mag.

Our 10/17 mags are California, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Vermont and DC Legal.
Our 15/17 mags are Colorado and Illinois Legal.

New magazines have stiff springs and may be difficult to load to full capacity until broken in.

Mags shipped to NY, CT, CO, IL, MA, RI,WA,VT, & DC will have the base sealed shut with epoxy and a rivet to fully comply with the laws there.

** Oak Park IL is a 10 Round Limit on Magazines

For states that do not require the base sealed shut we can still epoxy it shut on request free of charge. Just let us know you would like it done.
