Our 10/32 10 Round, 15/32 15 Round and 17/32 17 Round blocked AR 15 magazines are made from brand new MEAN Arms Exo mags. We block them with an Poly block designed and made here in our shop. This block is an internal Poly block that replaces the factory locking plate. For states that require epoxy they will be blocked the same way just epoxied shut.

Mags shipped to NY, CO, CT, DE, HI (Pistol), IL, MA, RI, WA, VT will have the base sealed shut with epoxy to fully comply with the laws there.
** Oak Park IL is a 10 Round Limit on Magazines

For states that do not require the base sealed shut we can still epoxy it shut on request free of charge. Just let us know you would like it done.
